3. Main characteristics of the product
[AMOUNT] FO Points (FO): virtual in-game currency (digital content) usable only for in-game items and services in the Fethi Online game. FO has no cash value; it cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account or character. Using it needs an internet connection and a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox).

6. Right of withdrawal
Under article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form. By confirming the order the buyer agrees that the FO is credited immediately and that the right of withdrawal therefore ends.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. The buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above them.
8. Other
The Terms of Sale, User Agreement and Privacy Notice (fethi.online) apply. The contract language is Turkish. The seller keeps the contract text and sends it to the buyer's e-mail address after delivery.
