2. Product: FO Points (FO)
- FO is a virtual in-game currency that can only be used for in-game items and services in Fethi Online.
- FO has no cash value; it cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, transferred to another account or character, or sold.
- FO is part of the limited licence described in the User Agreement; it does not give ownership.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) as shown on the purchase page. The total amount to pay is shown before you confirm the payment. Payment is taken through Paynkolay (N Kolay Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.); your card details are not passed to us.
4. Delivery
FO is credited to the character you chose during the purchase immediately after the payment is confirmed. If the FO does not arrive, write to [email protected].
5. Right of withdrawal
FO is an intangible good delivered instantly in electronic form. Under article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) the right of withdrawal does not apply to such contracts. When you confirm a purchase you expressly agree that the FO is credited immediately and that your right of withdrawal therefore ends.
6. Refunds
- Purchased and unused FO is not refunded, also when the Service ends, except where mandatory law requires it.
- No refund is given to users whose account is closed for breaching the User Agreement.
7. Chargebacks and fraud
If a payment is reversed through the bank (chargeback), a stolen card is used, or there is other fraud, the account is closed.
