User Agreement

1. Parties and scope

This agreement is between you, the user of the Fethi Online game and the fethi.online website (together the "Service"), and the operator of the Service named below. By creating an account or using the Service you accept this agreement.

FO purchases are also governed by the Terms of Sale, personal data by the Privacy Notice, and the end of the Service by the Shutdown Policy.

2. Account

• You are responsible for giving correct account details and keeping your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Users under 18 may buy FO only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Licence: account, items and FO are not property

Your account, characters, in-game items, in-game money and FO Points (FO) are a limited, non-transferable and revocable licence to use them inside the Service in line with this agreement. They are not your property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the Service.

4. Changes, pauses and end of the Service

We may change the Service, its content, rules, rates and prices at any time, pause it for maintenance or other reasons, or end it completely. We do not promise that the Service will run without interruption or errors. If the Service closes for good, the Shutdown Policy applies.

5. Prohibited conduct and sanctions

The following are prohibited:

• cheating, cheat programs, modifying game files or network traffic, exploiting bugs;
• bots, macros or any automation that plays the game for you;
• buying or selling accounts, characters, items, in-game money or FO for real money or anything else (account selling, real-money trading);
• any other breach of the server rules.

Breaches may lead to a warning, a temporary restriction or the closure of the account. Accounts found cheating, botting, selling accounts or trading for real money may be closed without refund; no compensation is paid for FO or items on the account.

6. Liability

The Service is provided as is. Our liability for damage arising from the use of the Service, interruptions, or loss of data or items is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to this agreement

We may change this agreement. Changes take effect when they are published on this page. Continuing to use the Service after publication means you accept the changes.

8. Governing law and courts

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. The right of consumers to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
